Droog Birdhouse - As Seen in Elle Decor!

Dutch manufacturer Droog was founded in 1993 and has since pioneered innovative outdoor furniture designs – including this very modern birdhouse! Much-admired designer Marcel Wanders is the mind behind this divine birdfeeder, which was created in 2000 and includes a porcelain plate for birds to perch on while they dine in style! Can't you picture looking out your kitchen window and seeing a myriad of birds hovering around their modern mansion? The rope used to hang the birdhouse is organic and blends in with the natural outdoors, while the actual feeder is sleek and provides a splash of color that creates a beautiful contrast with the green earth.

Do these houses look familiar? These modern birdhouses are based on real historic modern Vorarlbergian architecture! They are exact models of the original houses in the scale 1:33 and are all hand-crafted with the same kind of wood as their respective originals.
